“Tionchar” means influence in the native tongue. The Master Wine Maker creates a special vintage, that has been passed down through generations, called “Ailm”
In Emathan, this vintage is sought by the Penumbra Bards, as they believe it gives them charm beyond their normal showmanship. In addition, on the 1st Day of the 1st Tri of Nools Influence (AKA The Festival of Balance) the Wine Master of Tionchar is met by The Visitors (who have become to be known as the Githtinthor). They purchase 100 bottles every year. In their world, called the Between, the wine is called the Elixir of Strength. The wine has become a necessity in their fight against the Githyanki, who seek to rule over all others.
The winery was attacked by the Githyanki and partially destroyed. Anton is rebuilding but needs the Sickle of the Harvest Moon (lost in the attack) in order to properly create the Ailm wine. Douglan has been tasked to travel to Winterberry Woods on the Southern Shore of the Wilds and meet with the Druids called the Keepers of the Moon and convince them to make another.

Wardell Evenbreeze – Anton’s right-hand man, runs most of the Tionchar Winery’s operations. It was decided that, for now, the winery would operate as if Anton was just away, finish up the production of this season’s wine and prepare the winery for winter.
