Emathan is watched over by triplet Gods named Gath, Nool and Elok. The children of Atyx the All-Father. Atyx’s children had spent countless millennia arguing over the path that would lead to the most fulfillment in a being’s life. Atyx became frustrated with his children’s arguing and sent them to watch over the people of Emathan to better understand what true fulfillment might look like.
The Gods / Goddesses are:
- Gath the God / Goddess of Goodness, Love and Peace rules over the Heavens.
- Nool the God / Goddess of Neutrality and Balance rules over the Between.
- Elok the God / Goddess of Evil, Hate and War rules over the Hells.
In Emathan, the Gods / Goddesses are represented by three heavily cloaked figures whose faces can not be seen. Gath wears a white cloak. Nool wears a gray cloak. Elok wears a black cloak. Whenever the Gods / Goddesses present themselves to the inhabitants of Emathan, they appear with the form and sex of that inhabitant. If they show themselves to an female elf, they appear as a female elf. If they show themselves to a male human, they appear as a male human. If they appear in a mixed group of inhabitants, they will still be seen with the form and sex of each inhabitant that looks upon them.
