Docks – The western Docks are for merchant vessels and trade in and out of Evendor. The Eastern docks are where passanger ships dock and one can acquire passage for the right price.

Watchtower Theatre : The theatre is home to Alvord and Della Amberlance, a pair of Starling who watch over Evendor.

Della Amberlance – ( Wren ) member of the Penumbra Bards She and her husband run the “Watch Tower Theater”
Alvord Amberlance – ( Starling ) Penumbra Bard, runs ” Watch Tower Theater ” with Della.
Captain Barlor – Captain of the Vanguard contingent in Evendor. Befriends Douglan and recommends him to Commander Ranier to become a reservist in the Vanguard army.
Arnott Freebow – Royal Guard, 2nd in command. Was being groomed as Lord Falmorn’s replacement to Head the Royal Guard until Torbella Nightstar was chosen instead.
Torbella Nightstar – Head of the Royal Guard, replaced Lord Falmorn.
Commander Ranier Aldawin – Commander of the Vanguard in Evendor. Makes Douglan a Reserve Guard Captain.
Rycroft Crestbranch – Vanguard Lieutenant that helps train Douglan with the Halberd.
Arden Galecrest – Vanguard Lieutenant that helped defend the winery during the Githyanki attack through the portal.
Tava Dewcutter – Vanguard Spy referred to as “The Wind”. Tava told the party that Dooms of the Kingdom of Evendor were under the direction of a new Shadow who was having them go dark across the kingdom.
High Sister Idda Jinzaknee – White Realm Temple of Gath in Evendor. The High Sister explained that she could not reach Anton Tionchar’s spirit, and as such, she could not bring him back. Maggie surmised that Anton’s spirit had been pulled through the portal like her mother and the other children.
Wordelle Evenbreeze – Anton’s right hand man at Tionchar Winery. Since Anton’s passing, he has been running the day to day operations of the winery.
