Teemzaart Roywinkle is the owner of the Muckabout, a shop where he works on contraptions, repairing items and general tinkering. He was familiar with the slave collars and was able to help Corvus remove his collar. His father Fudwikk used to run the store but has retired. Teemzarrt is an bubbly Gnome, easily excitable and full of energy. The Muckabout is located in Whalespell.
