The Sea Shadows Thieves Guild are the major thieves guild located in Whalespell. They control the underbelly of the city. Many of the local businesses are protected by the guild and pay regular dues for this protection. If one knows what to look for, many of the rogue-friendly shops and establishments are marked in the ways only known to rogues.
